ghost kitten

By blankerson

Tiny, weightless, slightly haunted. 1A Slow-verb blooms each note into a soft haze — small-ish room size but very diffuse, so notes dissolve into each other like something half-remembered. That feeds into 5B Sympathetic Resonator, which wakes up with your playing like a purring pipe organ in a dream: pitched to unison-leaning-up, with a moderately tight onset so it tracks your playing but still feels alive and a little unpredictable. SPREAD on for gentle stereo width. TRAILS on so the ghost lingers after you lift your foot. The result is delicate and curious — small sounds with unexpected depth, like a kitten walking through a wall.
