A DELAY TIMECC 101Delay time for Engine A. In tap mode this controls the ratio of the delay time relative to the tapped tempo. A value of 0 is fully counter-clockwise (shortest time / lowest ratio), 127 is fully clockwise (longest time / highest ratio). Range is approximately 20ms to 1.2s in knob mode for most delay types.
A MIXCC 102Wet/dry mix for Engine A. Counter-clockwise is 100% dry (no delay), clockwise is 100% wet. The 50/50 balance point is around 2 o'clock. Use this to set how prominent the delay repeats are in the overall signal.
A OUTPUTCC 103Overall output volume for Engine A. 12 o'clock (value ~64) is unity gain. Turn down to tame loud delay modes, or boost to push the signal harder.
A FEEDBACKCC 104Controls how long Engine A's delay takes to decay — the number of repeats heard. Low values give a single slapback repeat; high values produce long trails of regenerating echoes. At maximum the delay can self-oscillate.
A TONECC 105EQ applied to Engine A's delay line. Center position is neutral. Counter-clockwise rolls off highs for darker, warmer repeats; clockwise brightens the repeats. Use this to shape the character of the echoes.
