Expression — CC 4
Bypass — CC 14. When on, the effect is bypassed (dry signal only). When off, the effect is engaged. Per Meris spec: 0–63 = FX bypass, 64–127 = FX enabled.
Direction — CC 52. Direction toggle labeled "Direction" in the Enzo X MIDI CC Table. 0-63 = Up, 64-127 = Down. The manual does not label which section owns this CC; context suggests arpeggiator or filter envelope direction.
Tempo (7-bit) — CC 15. Sets the main timing directly as a 7-bit value (0-127). Tempo can be expressed in Seconds or BPM via the TEMP DISP setting in Globals.
MIDI Clock — CC 21. Controls how this preset responds to incoming MIDI Beat Clock. 0-42 = Use Global (follows the Globals MIDI Clock setting); 43-85 = Force Listen (always accepts MIDI Beat Clock); 86-127 = Force Ignore (always ignores MIDI Beat Clock).
Osc Mod Speed — CC 60. Speed of the dedicated pitch modulation LFO for the oscillators (in Hz). Used with Osc Mod Depth (front panel MOD) to create vibrato effects.
Osc Mod Ramp — CC 62. Time it takes for the oscillator pitch modulation to ramp up to maximum depth after a note is detected.
Filter Resonance — CC 41. Emphasizes a narrow band around the cutoff frequency. High resonance gives a sharp, aggressive filter; lower values create a smooth response. Labeled "Bandwidth" in the State Variable and Twin filters.
Filter Noise — CC 42. Output level of the white noise generator mixed in with the oscillators before the filter. Useful for adding texture and noise-based sounds.
Twin Filter Spread — CC 43. In Twin filter mode, the distance between the two resonance peaks. At 100% the parallel filters perfectly overlap; toward zero the secondary filter sweeps down toward 0 Hz.
Filter Env Amount — CC 44. Amount the Filter Envelope modulates the filter cutoff. Positive settings raise the cutoff; negative settings lower it. 0% removes the Filter Envelope from the filter.
Filter Env Depth — CC 53. Depth (intensity) of the Filter Envelope modulation applied to the filter cutoff.
Filter Attack — CC 47. Time for the Filter Envelope to ramp up to its peak after a note is played.
Filter Decay — CC 48. Time for the Filter Envelope to ramp from the peak down to the Sustain Level.
Filter Sustain Time — CC 49. Duration the Filter Envelope is held at the Sustain Level before the release phase begins.
Filter Sustain Level — CC 50. Level of the Filter Envelope during the Sustain phase (0-100% of peak).
Filter Release — CC 51. Time the Filter Envelope takes to ramp from the Sustain Level down to zero after the note is released.
Amp Attack — CC 55. Time for the Amplitude Envelope to ramp up to its peak after a note is played. Longer values create slow volume swells.
Amp Decay — CC 56. Time to ramp from peak volume down to the Sustain Level. With Sustain Level at 0%, Decay determines the length of stab notes.
Amp Sustain Level — CC 57. Volume level held during the Sustain phase of the Amplitude Envelope (0-100% of peak).
Amp Sustain Time — CC 58. Duration the Amplitude Envelope is held at the Sustain Level. Not applied when controlling Enzo X via MIDI IN (held by the MIDI note duration instead).
Amp Release — CC 59. Time for the volume to fade to silence after the note is released. Set Attack/Decay/Sustain to zero and Release to 2-3 seconds to create harp-like pluck patches.
Note Persist — CC 54. Shapes how Enzo X follows the natural volume curve of the guitar input. Higher values make synthesized notes last longer; lower values create tighter tracking of the input volume. Not applied when controlling Enzo X via MIDI IN.
Arp Mode — CC 32. Arpeggiator pattern selector. In Enzo mode the notes play in order of loudness; Up plays ascending; Down plays descending; Up/Down alternates. The manual does not publish explicit CC ranges for the four modes.
Arp Steps — CC 33. Number of steps in the arpeggio pattern (1-16). Higher values create longer sequences.
Arp Octaves — CC 34. Number of octaves the arpeggio spans (1-3). Higher values create wider-ranging arpeggios.
Toggle Tuner — CC 117. Activates the chromatic tuner. Send value 127 to engage Tuner mode (equivalent to holding footswitches 3 + HOLD MODIFIER on the pedal).
Hold Modifier — CC 118. Triggers the Hold Modifier function (momentary). Send 127 to press, then send 0 to release. Always send a release (0) after every press.
