Description
THRESHOLD
CC 2
Adjusts the decibel level at which compression begins. Lower values (counterclockwise) set a lower threshold for earlier compression; higher values (clockwise) require a hotter signal before compression occurs.
RATIO
CC 3
Adjusts the severity of compression. Clockwise for a higher (flatter) ratio and ultra-squashed dynamics; counterclockwise for a lower ratio and more subtle compression.
BLEND
CC 4
Adjusts the wet/dry mix. Fully counterclockwise = 100% compressed (wet). Fully clockwise = 100% dry (clean). Blending dry signal back in creates parallel compression.
OUTPUT
CC 5
Adjusts the overall output level (wet/dry mix) of the Atlas. Controls both wet and dry signal levels.

MAKEUP GAIN
CC 6
Adjusts makeup gain within the compressed (wet) signal to recover lost output volume caused by heavy compression. Only affects the compressed signal, not the dry blend.
TONE
CC 7
Cuts (below noon) or boosts (above noon) treble in the parametric EQ. Default frequency is ~4461Hz. Adjustable via Neuro Editor.
ATTACK
CC 8
Controls how quickly compression is applied in milliseconds. Clockwise for fast attack times; counterclockwise for slower attack times that let initial transients through.
RELEASE
CC 9
Controls how quickly compression stops being applied in milliseconds. Clockwise for fast release times; counterclockwise for slower release times (more sustained compression).
