Source Audio Lunar Phaser — MIDI Editor & CC Reference
Control the Source Audio Lunar Phaser from your browser — MIDI control reference, interactive editor, and AI-generated presets. Free, no install.
Explore the Lunar Phaser controls in your browser and connect compatible MIDI hardware to send settings to your pedal. The reference below shows the controls mapped in Nitelite; available functions depend on the pedal and firmware. The default MIDI channel in Nitelite is 1. Browser MIDI control works in Chrome, Edge, Opera, or Brave — no install required.
Knobs
| Control | MIDI CC | Description |
|---|---|---|
| DEPTH | CC 1 | Controls the depth of the LFO, determining how prominent the phaser effect is. Fully counter-clockwise is most subtle, fully clockwise is most prominent. |
| SPEED | CC 2 | Controls the frequency of the LFO (1-10 Hz), determining how fast the phaser effect sweeps. |
| RESONANCE | CC 3 | Sets the resonance of the notch filters in the phaser effect. Higher resonance produces a more metallic, bell-like, or chime-like sound; lower resonance is more subdued. |
| SHAPE | CC 4 | Sets the shape of the LFO waveform. Minimum is sine wave, maximum is square wave. In-between positions blend both wave shapes for a hybrid LFO character. |
| FREQUENCY | CC 5 | Controls the center frequency of the phaser sweep. Available via the Neuro App or MIDI. |
| MIX | CC 6 | Controls the wet/dry balance. Three modes: WET+ (wet mixed with dry), CLEAN (100% clean dry with phaser added), WET- (phase-inverted wet mixed with dry). Default is full effect. |
| OUTPUT LEVEL | CC 7 | Controls the overall output level of the effect signal. |
| FEEDBACK | CC 8 | Controls the feedback/resonance amount. Additional fine control beyond the physical Resonance knob, accessible via Neuro App or MIDI. |
| LO RETAIN | CC 9 | Controls how much low-frequency content is preserved unaffected by the phaser. Higher values keep more bass frequencies clean and unprocessed. |
| TREMOLO | CC 10 | Adds a tremolo (volume modulation) effect synchronized with the phaser LFO. Higher values increase the intensity of the volume modulation. |
| MOD SOURCE / SHAPE | CC 11 | Controls the modulation source and shape parameter. Adjusts the character of the modulation waveform applied to the effect. |
