ECHO RATE
CC 23
Delay time for the active tape heads. Clockwise yields shorter echoes. Head 1 (dotted 16th): 69–354 ms. Head 2 (dotted 8th): 131–672 ms. Head 3 (quarter note): 189–974 ms. When the rate changes, delays ramp up or down and change pitch, modeled after the original hardware.
FEEDBACK
CC 24
Number of echo repeats. Echoes self-oscillate at higher feedback levels for runaway tape-echo chaos. To quickly stop runaway audio, reduce Feedback to the minimum setting.
ECHO VOL
CC 22
Level of echo mixed with the dry signal. Fully clockwise is 100% wet — only the echo signal is heard and the dry signal is muted (kill dry).
INPUT VOL
CC 26
Tape recording level. At 0 there is no input signal to the delay. Above 0, both level and tape drive increase — higher settings push the tape into saturation for warmer, more compressed repeats.
DWELL
CC 31
Drive into the spring reverb tank. Higher settings push the tank harder for wilder, more explosive spring textures — useful for dub crashes and aggressive surf reverb.
REVERB VOL

Level of the spring reverb mixed with the dry signal. Higher values yield a more cavernous, dub-heavy sound.

TAPE AGE
CC 27
ALT function on the Input Vol knob. Adjusts tape wear, wow, and flutter. 0–31 = New tape (clean, stable repeats). 32–95 = Used tape (moderate wear, musical wow and flutter). 96–127 = Old tape (heavy saturation, pronounced pitch instability).
BASS
CC 28
ALT function on the Dwell knob. Echo bass EQ. Flat at noon (64); below noon cuts low end from the repeats (tightens mix), above noon boosts it (adds warmth and weight).
TREBLE
CC 29
ALT function on the Reverb Vol knob. Echo treble EQ. Flat at noon (64); below noon darkens the repeats (dub / vintage-tape feel), above noon brightens them (more articulate, in-your-face echoes).
Reverb Bypass — CC 20. Bypasses the reverb circuit independently. Only functional when the pedal is in Delay | Reverb footswitch mode (configured in UAFX Control). 0 = Bypass Reverb, 1 = Unbypass Reverb.
Head Select Up — CC 14. Cycles the Head Select switch up through the seven tape-head combinations (momentary).
Head Select Down — CC 15. Cycles the Head Select switch down through the seven tape-head combinations (momentary).
Store (Hold) — CC 16. Emulates holding the Store action. Sends value 1 to save the current settings on the pedal.
