Footswitches

Special MIDI Functions

  • Expression — CC 100
  • Infinite Repeats — CC 97. Holds delay repeats at infinite feedback while active. Send 127 to engage, 0 to release. Equivalent to holding the physical footswitch.
  • Bank Select — CC 0. Selects the active MIDI preset bank. Bank 0 = presets 0–127, Bank 1 = presets 128–255, Bank 2 = presets 256–299. Send before a Program Change to access the target bank.
  • Footswitch — CC 27. Simulates a press and release of the physical footswitch via MIDI. Toggles bypass on/off.

Hardware Presets

Brig has 300 hardware preset slots, recalled using MIDI Program Change. Saving requires an action on the pedal; follow the hardware preset manager instructions.
