Special MIDI Functions
Expression — CC 100
MIDI Expression — CC 60. Enables or disables MIDI expression control. When on, the expression CC (100) controls the assigned parameter. Factory default: On.
MIDI Clock Sync — CC 63. Enables or disables MIDI clock sync. When on, Lex syncs rotor speed to incoming MIDI clock tempo (scaled by the Tempo Mult/Div setting). Factory default: Off.
Brake — CC 97. Applies a brake to the rotors — holds the rotor position while engaged (value 1-127) and releases when sent 0. Useful for dramatic stops via a footswitch or expression.
Speed (Full Range) — CC 13. Controls rotor speed across the full 0-127 range, independent of the Slow/Fast mode. Useful for continuous speed sweeps via expression or automation.
Slow Speed — CC 23. Sets the rotor speed used in Slow mode independently of the main SPEED knob.
Fast Speed — CC 24. Sets the rotor speed used in Fast mode independently of the main SPEED knob.
MIDI Clock Tempo Mult/Div — CC 25. When MIDI Clock Sync is on, sets the multiplier/divider applied to the incoming MIDI clock tempo. 0=x4, 1=x3, 2=x2, 3=x1 (unity), 4=1/2, 5=1/3, 6=1/4.
Remote Tap — CC 93. Sends a remote tap tempo pulse to Lex. Tap multiple times to set the rotor speed tempo. Any CC value triggers the tap.
Hardware Presets
