Control
MIDI CC
Description
TONE
CC 14
Wet signal tone. CW = shimmery/transparent, CCW = dark/murky. Controls ramp speed when ramping engaged.
VOLUME
CC 15
Effect level with JFET boost. Internal voltage doubler for headroom and amp-like distortion.
MIX
CC 16
Wet/dry balance. Full wet = vibrato, middle = chorus.
RPM
CC 17
Vibrato modulation rate. Overridden by tap tempo.
DEPTH
CC 18
Vibrato width/intensity. MKII has wider range than MKI.
Bounce: parameters modulate back and forth. Off: ramp and hold.
LO-FI
CC 67
Increases delay time on vibrato circuit. Adds noise and gooey character.
MoToByp
CC 68
Momentary-to-bypass: pedal only active while bypass stomp is held
DIP Switches — DIRECTION
Control
MIDI CC
Description
VOLUME
CC 71
VOLUME ramp direction: rise (CW) or fall (CCW)
MIX
CC 72
MIX ramp direction: rise (CW) or fall (CCW)
RPM
CC 73
RPM ramp direction: rise (CW) or fall (CCW)
DEPTH
CC 74
DEPTH ramp direction: rise (CW) or fall (CCW)
WARP
CC 75
WARP ramp direction: rise (CW) or fall (CCW)
TAP CTRL
CC 76
R = tap sets ramp rate, P = tap sets RPM rate
TAP DIV
CC 77
Enables alternate tap division bank (3/6/8 instead of 1/2/4)
SWEEP
CC 78
Sweep direction for ramp/expression. T = knob to max, B = knob to min.
Footswitches
TAP — CC 93
BYPASS — CC 102
Special MIDI Functions
Tap Tempo — CC 93
Expression — CC 100
MIDI Clock Sync — CC 51. When on, the pedal listens for incoming MIDI Clock messages and syncs vibrato tempo. When off, MIDI Clock messages are ignored.
Ramp Speed — CC 20. Controls the speed of parameter ramping when ramping is engaged via DIP switches. Lower values = slower ramp, higher values = faster ramp.
MIDI Note Divisions — CC 21. Sets the note division for tempo sync via MIDI Clock. 0 = whole note, 1 = half note, 2 = quarter note triplet, 3 = quarter note, 4 = eighth note, 5 = sixteenth note.
Hardware Presets
Warped Vinyl MKII has 122 hardware preset slots, recalled using MIDI Program Change. Saving requires an action on the pedal; follow the hardware preset manager instructions.
